Hello friends,

We are traveling home from the last show of our horse show season. The last six months have gone by in a blur as every show season does. Somewhere around 60,000 miles, we've been to the east coast five times and to the west coast three times. In April, at the Equine Affaire in Columbus, OH, we got to spend some time with two long time Synergist Saddles supporters, Donna Snyder-Smith and GaWaNi Pony Boy and we caught up with them again at the last show, the Western States Horse Expo in Sacramento, CA.

Pony is working on a new set of DVDs that build on each other starting with Defining Your Space which has some simple but powerful exercises for establishing the rider has the 'Alpha' of the herd which then translates to a much more cooperative horse when a rider is mounted.

Synergist Saddles and Donna Snyder-Smith have teamed together to produce Donna's first DVD on the basics of Centered Riding. Dave's passion for anything electronic has turned into a 16 track all digital recording studio and as well as a video post production suite. Donna's DVD should be available towards the end of the year and will be an awesome tool for any rider looking to improve their riding skills. Donna maintains that good balance on a horse is good balance whether you are a reiner, a cutter, a jumper, a dressage rider, an endurance rider or a trail rider. The more balanced we ride the less impact we have on our horses.
