I just ordered a second sheepskin pad for my saddle and I thought you might enjoy seeing a picture of my beautiful saddle on my equally beautiful horse. This is Awesome and I on the Eastern Shore Trail Ride in April. I have had my saddle for almost a year now and the Synergist name has more than lived up to my expectations. As you may remember, Awesome has a very short back and I was having a lot of trouble finding a saddle that would fit him. I had purchased several saddles but Awesome was consistently having back problems until you made his Synergist saddle for him. The saddle is beautiful and comfortable. Awesome's gait has improved dramatically and he no longer has a sore back. Between long distance trial riding, Drill Team and our SAR responsibilities we have put a lot of miles on this saddle. I just love it!!!!! Arrived yesterday at 2:30 pm and I had Page saddled up by 3:30! hahahaha With such a wide, short backed horse it has been so difficult... her saddle fit his beautifully!!!!!! She opened up her shoulders, was free to move, got her rear under her... omgosh what a difference!!!!!!! AND I didn't fall out of the darned thing because of the slipping! Oh yes moves some but it has to, and will more and more become more secure as the fleece forms to her... I'm soooooooooooooo excited! Oh one more thing, the placement of the stirrups is wonderful... keeps me more in a balanced position! Thank you so much, my horse thanks you as well! LOL I can't wait now to get her out and do some real riding!!!!! This is funny, my trainer was here yesterday when it arrived... we opened it and said "ooooooooh I can't wait to order one for myself!!!!!" Please tell anyone and everyone that built this saddle that they've made my life, and Page's, so much better. Not to mention the saddle itself is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I have had my Synergist for 9 months now. It took awhile to get the way your "centered" seat worked -- somewhat different than the dressage Ansur I was riding. My horses (I ride a mullen shaped Appaloosa for whom the saddle was made and a Haflinger) all love the saddle-such a versatile fit. I use a basic wool blanket with all the boys and girls and it works quite well. However I am buying Supracor pad. I bought one for my husband and it turned out to be a GREAT purchase. You suggested it strongly as he is a big guy. But that pad has a great back channel, wool wicking ability and weight distribution. I have never seen a horse look better after a 15 to 20 mile ride than Teak, my husband's Spotted Saddle Horse - the guy who gets the Supracor. He looks so good that I'm buying one. | C.J. I just received my new saddle!! All I can say is WOW!!! It is more beautiful than I ever imagined!! Very well built and the tooling is unbelievable! Please tell Uncle Tom that he took the vague idea of what I wanted for tooling and made an amazing pattern!! Thank you Tom!! I am looking forward to trying it out over the next week, I am sure my big boy will like it as much as I do. If it is half as comfortable as it looks, both of us will be happy. I wanted to write and tell you how pleased I have been with the minor adjustment made in my saddle this summer. It has made all the difference. I have always liked my saddle but rode with a gel pad because of a pain in my hip that felt like maybe the cup of the impression made for my hip bone was pushing on a nerve. Also, I’ve always felt a little off balance in the saddle feeling like my weight was too easily shifting forward during downward transitions. I called C.J. and she stated that moving the stirrup forward a tad might be just the thing. I thought I’d give it a try. Thanks for your insight C.J. it worked great! I have taken off the gel pad and shortened the stirrup a notch and suddenly the saddle fits like a glove. I feel glued in and riding is a real pleasure. Dave thanks so much for your help and your custom saddle tradition. My husband also bought a Synergist this season and he really likes his saddle as well. We asked for longer fenders and you gave us some used ones that are working very well for us – so thanks for that too. Sincerely, Claudia M.

I LOVE the saddle, couldn't get off Saturday! I have NEVER felt better/safer/more in control on a horse! You guys have an incredible product! I told my girlfriend its almost like the seats designed for a roller-coaster ride, you have maximum feel and enjoyment of the horse but the feeling of security and safety from the seat actually heightens the experience. I had a really nasty accident and haven't ridden with the same abandon since it happened, that is until I rode in your saddle! Thanks for giving me back that level of freedom!!

A quick note to thank you all for making the best saddle I've ever owned! My horse has never been so happy about his saddle!!! His gait and his attitude about being saddled has really improved. I also wanted to let you know, I've given your information to a friend, she is researching a new saddle. Her name is Lynn Larson out of Dallas Texas. I was wondering about the gift certificate that you said you were sending to my friend Janice Bouchier for selling me on buying a Synergist saddle. She has not received anything at this time.
